First designed in 1840 for still photography, the 58mm and 85mm Petzvals produce a highly-stylized and wholly unique image. While remaining sharp in the center, the edges of the image are wildly distorted which produces dream-like swirly bokeh. These effects are particularly stunning on a Full Frame sensor.
